A business continuity plan outlines instructions and procedures required in order for an organization to sustain in the face of disaster, whether fire, flood or cyberattack. This course is designed to train you on how to create a continuity plan that gives your business the best chance of surviving such an event.
Simply stated, businesses should adopt BCPs in order to maintain operations in the event of emergencies or service interruptions. Extended closures can cripple a business to the point of devastation. The ability to function is critical not only to the organization, but also the employees and clients who depend on the business to operate.
I am a cybersecurity expert with more than 20 years of experience in the field who has worked with intelligence agencies such as the FBI & Department of Homeland Security advocating and educating on cyber awareness and safety. But not only am I an expert in the field, I am a mother with children I need to keep safe from online predators.
When the pandemic hit, I, like you, was forced to put my child online. I knew the dangers of exposing our children to the internet but more so I was terrified that we’d put our children online but failed to provide any type of internet safety training for the families.
So I created this course. teaching parents what I know and providing the education on how to use the resources available to stay safe online.
